Insidious

The opening credits first appear in red on a plain black background, this is stereotypical in the horror genre. The credits continue in both red and white whilst panning across a child's room, it is dark and the child is sleeping. This continues for a while before focusing on the face of someone holding a candle. The title of the film 'Insidious' is then presented on the screen in large red font. The tuitles then continue over different black and white shots throughout the same building.
